U.S. News & World Report outlines North Korea’s apparent preparations for the test launch of an intercontinental ballistic missile.

“U.S. and South Korean forces along the world’s most heavily fortified border were on their highest alert level in three years last week, following an apparent nuclear test by North Korea over the Memorial Day weekend and apparent preparations for the test launch of an intercontinental ballistic missile.”

North Korea is feeling left out again, so they start playing with fire once again to get the international communities attention. One of these days, they are really going to light *something* on fire. Then where will we be? It’s really time for the Chinese to step up the pressure on Pyongyang.
