Senator Harry Reid backs health care public option

Senator Harry Reid announced today that he move forward with a health care bill including a public insurance option allowing states to opt out.
Reid said Monday:

I believe we … will have the support of my caucus.”

And you will have the support of a majority of Americans as well Senator. Keep moving this through, and hold out for the best possible plan you can.

People are dying, literally dying, every day for health reform.

Just get it done.
